Event Parking

Special event parking accommodations, reserved spaces and lot access, are available to university departments, student organizations and outside entities hosting events on campus. A short-term activity with 10 or more parking guests is considered an event. Examples include but are not limited to workshops, meetings, conferences, banquets, ceremonies, performances, camps, sports and seminars (both USF and non-USF related).

Activities with an estimated attendance of over 100 cars need prior approval using the Facilities Management Event Request form. Requests for special event parking accommodations must be submitted separately.

Reserved spaces are for the exclusive use of approved event guests. Permits are not required in the reserved section.

First 10 spaces $10 per space, per day
Each additional space (after first 10) $5 per space, per day

Lot access provides event guests with access to park in approved lots, on a first come, first served basis. Special event permits are provided and must be displayed in the vehicles of each guest. Spaces are not guaranteed.

Official USF Student Organizations $2.50 plus tax, per vehicle, per day
Non-USF Entities $5 plus tax, per vehicle, per day
