Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)

Installation or replacement of HVAC systems, electrical upgrades, plumbing modifications, and gas line installations

Roofing Projects

Full roof replacements and major roof repairs or modifications

Structural Work

Projects involving structural changes, load-bearing walls, or foundation work

Exterior Work

New doors, windows, siding, or significant exterior modifications

Interior Fit-Out

New tenant spaces, laboratory buildouts, and specialized interior installations

Fire Protection Systems

Installation or modification of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and emergency systems

Accessibility Upgrades

ADA-related modifications including ramps, elevators, and accessibility features

Equipment Installation

Installation of permanent equipment, apparatus, or systems requiring structural support

Demolition: $300.00 (standalone)
Early Start Demolition: $750.00 (expedited)
Reinspection Fees: $125.00 for 2nd corrective attempt and thereafter
Certificate of Completion: $250.00 (all campuses)
Temporary Certificate: $175.00
Lease Inspections (Within 30 miles): $175.00
Off-Campus Lease Inspections: Starting at $225.00
