The Division of Information Technologies is part of University Services and provides mission-critical technology infrastructure services for the University of South Florida. The major areas of responsibility include support for the Enterprise Business Systems (which include OASIS, GEMS, FAST, Data Warehouse, eUSF Portal and associated sub-systems), the campus telephone system, shared support for the data network, and Help Desk and Desktop Support for many campus organizations.
A major component of the Division of Information Technologies is the Central Florida Regional Data Center (CFRDC). The CFRDC provides hosting and technical administration services for USF and other institutions, including Florida Gulf Coast University, New College Florida, the University of North Florida, and the University of West Florida.
