Refund Request	For Non-credit/debit card OASIS/BANNER refunds

Beginning November 11, 2009, USF students will be able to access a new on-line bill payment system for tuition and fee payments. This new system will improve the security of student payment information and will provide new payment options such as permitting parents or other third parties to access the student’s balance due and pay it using the parent’s own I. D. if authorized by the student.
