When are payments due?


Note: To avoid the $100.00 Late Payment Fee plus possible cancellation of registration and a $100 Late Registration Fee, payments must be made and /or postmarked before midnight on the following dates:

 

Spring 2010– January 15 , 2010

Spring 2010 (Students with Financial Aid and VA Deferments) – March 19 , 2010

 

Summer 2009 A&C  sessions  – May 15, 2009

Summer 2009 B session           - July 6, 2009

All Summer 2009 sessions (Students with Financial Aid and VA Deferments) – July 17, 2009

 

Fall 2009 - August 28, 2009

Fall 2009 (Students with Financial Aid and VA Deferments) – October 30, 2009

 

How Do I Pay For My Classes?


Please remember that you will not receive a bill. 

1) Online by credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) or eCheck. A $10.00 fee is assessed for payments made with any bank card. There is no charge for paying by eCheck. To make payments login into one of the following:

Students: USF Central Authentication Login

Parents/Authorized Users Login

2) Checks or Money Orders can be mailed to:


           University of South Florida

    For overnight mail:

Please include the following on all checks:

ü  Student name and I.D. number

ü  Current address

ü  Current phone number

 

3) In person at the Cashier's Office in ADM 131: Cash or Checks only.

Where is the Tuition Payment Drop Box?


The tuition payment drop box is located in the Administration Building, ADM 131, for payments with check and/or waiver for exact amount only.

Spring 2010, the drop box is closed for mail processing at midnight January 15, 2010.

Summer 2009 A&C, the drop box is closed for mail processing at midnight May 15, 2009.

Summer 2009 B, the drop box is closed for mail processing at midnight July 6, 2009.

Fall 2009, the drop box is closed for mail processing at midnight August 28, 2009.

 

When will my financial aid be disbursed?


Financial aid will be disbursed immediately after the drop/add period which is usually the fifth day of the term. For questions concerning your disbursement and awards go to, University of South Florida Financial Aid.

 

Can my parents access my financial information?


Under the provisions of The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), in most cases we cannot release financial information about students to any third party. This act prohibits us from discussing your financial status with family members and financial institutions.

Parents can obtain financial information with authorization from their son/daughter by accessing the Student Bill Payment area:
