   IT recommends that you install Internet Explorer

To setup Netscape Navigator to run programs when you click an icon on a web page,

From Netscape, click Edit, Preferences, Navigator, Applications, New Type, then type in the following and click OK, then OK again:

The entry to make on the Application to use: line is "%1"%*

Instructions may vary when using Netscape Communicator or for earlier versions of Netscape Navigator. Please call the Help Desk at x4-9000 if you have any questions or problems
